Solidworks Premium
BPM uses Solidworks as its main drawing and 3D modelling package. Solidworks allows the technical team to design and plan; parts, assemblies, jigs, fixtures and all related drawings, which are parametrically linked.
Tool Making
Since 2005, BPM Precision Engineering has proudly offered specialist precision machining services in carbon-based materials and plastics. We offer a specialist service in Toolmaking, Mould making, Jigs, Fixtures and Dies, as well as in-house fabrication. Over many years of operation, we have built up a strong and long-lasting relationship with all of our existing customers. We work closely with our customers by manufacturing and designing a wide variety of jobs to accommodate any of their requirements.
Technology
We use the latest technology to ensure our tool making process up to date. Some examples of the technology we use are Manual & CNC machinery in Milling & Turning. All of our CNC technology is computer programmable to accommodate more complex designs.
Experience
We are proud of our fully qualified tool makers, who have a combined experience of well over 100 years.
In-house we have a high achieving, experienced team of tool makers, each of whom take pride in their work. As a result, we are able to offer a professional and dedicated service to you.
Fabrication & Welding
Our fabrication business is seperated into two parts. The in-house production and the subcontracted. However, we can more than likely fabricate almost anything you require. From one off brackets to tool cabinets, trolleys, work benches and canopies. If its fabricated, it’s possible here at BPM.
All of our products are bespoke and are fabricated to individual customer requirements. We work with both mild steel and stainless steel, additionally we provide both galvanized and powder-coated mild steel products if required.

Finishings.
Paint, Plating & Heat Treatments are processes which we can be completed to your specifications.
